Born in Llanelli, South Wales, Sophie moved to England, attending school. Later she moved back to Wales to finish secondary school. After her schooling years, she held various jobs, ranging from working in cafés to selling products door-to-door. After that period, she graduated to becoming a lap dancer. This led to her being offered a job as a nude model for the UK newspaper called Daily Sport. She appeared as its "Page 3" girl for a year and a half....
